Once the file is downloaded, unzip it.

On Final Cut Pro, add the "Custom LUT" effect.

In the Custom LUT section of the video inspector, click on the LUT dropdown menu and choose "Select a Custom LUT."

In the window that appears, navigate to the folder or file of the LUT to import, then select it.
